Our railcar loading systems are built to withstand heavy loads while providing safe and efficient access for your operators. Hemco offers custom railcar loading racks and standard railcar loading racks. All Hemco loading racks are fabricated from hot rolled structural steel to provide the the durability and to create the strongest loading platform option on the market. Our railcar loading platforms are shop welded to minimize the need for bolting connections in the field and to reduce erection costs. We design our loading racks with non-skid, open grating and stair treads to provide safe footing while working on any one of our loading platforms.

- Length: 6′-3″ to 16′
- Standard designs are easily modified to fit any situation that your operations require
- Include a gangway or loading ramp on any loading rack for safe access to the vehicle:
Hemco gangways and loading ramps can be mounted on one side or both sides of the rack for single or double-sided loading.
Our railcar loading systems provide safe access and fall protection for your operators during loading and unloading of tank cars, rail cars. Our loading racks can easily be erected on the job site and equipped with one of our gangways for additional safe access. A cage is also used to provide operators with additional protection by surrounding the hatch and personnel on the vehicle.
