- Whether in single or multiple hatch operations, no matter which hatch is being used, access is directly to the hatch, with a level working surface provided.
- Multiple ramps along side one another can cover any length of rack.
- Tall or short vehicles, the EHO Series levels up or down within a 2'-6" range, matching the height with a level footing. It does not need to rest on the vehicle — it is self-supporting. More range of height adjustment is available.
HEMCO Surround-U-Rail, attached to the ramp, folds down, enclosing the operator on all sides. This one piece, push-button operation provides everything in a few seconds — effortlessly, and foolproof.

Push-button electric-hydraulic
- Ramp(s) operation is powered by a packaged electric-hydraulic power unit with valve(s) to one cylinder (each ramp). As many as four ramps can be operated from one packaged power unit.
- Operating time varies 10-30 seconds, depending on the required amount of travel.
- Operator merely pushes valve one way for down and in opposite direction for up and fold back.
Rugged Construction HEMCO Ramps are made with rugged, strong and durable steel with open bar grating, serrated for sure slip-resistant footing. Ramps are welded and shipped in as large pieces as shipping practice will permit.
Easy Installation Installation is fast and simple using bolted connections and can be performed with light hoisting equipment by plant personnel. Detailed installation instructions are furnished along with drawings.
Trouble-free Hydraulics Hydraulics are simple and of low pressure design (max. 275 PSI) for maintenance free operation. There is one single cylinder for each ramp operated by a single power unit with a valve on top for each ramp. This single cylinder levels the ramp down and up, folding it back as it continues up when the folding rods engage. With the highest quality hydraulics only being used for 10 - 20 seconds each operation, it makes for long lasting trouble-free operation.
