X-TRA HEAVY adjustable torsion springs enable Gangway to be folded back very easily. Automatic latch holds Gangway in folded back position.
X-TRA HEAVY non-slip, bar-type open grating on platform and extension gives skid-proof solid surface with long life in highly corrosive atmospheres.
X-TRA HEAVY walkway. The welded-in grating forms an integral composite part of the section. Extension rides on solid Delrin rollers.
Simple, fast access to the top of any loading situation
These features give maneuverability for safe access:
- Telescopes to give exact length walkway for all type cars and trucks
- Folds back neatly and snugly against loading rack for clearance
- Automatic latching device engages when gangway folds back, preventing accidental fold-down
FE Series gangways are simple and easy to install, and fit on any walkway made of structural steel.
- Raise assembled Gangway up to walkway’s stringer and bolt to predrilled holes in your stringer.
- Bolt knee braces to ends of installation angles and underside of walkway.
- Bolts easily to your walkway channels toed in or out or your wide flange beams.
