Hemco is pleased to announce that as of July 1st, 2018 we have been acquired by BGRS Inc. and we are now fully operating as Hemco; A Division of BGRS Inc. BGRS has manufactured and supplied a variety of high-quality long-lasting products such as dust collectors and dedusting systems, double-dump valves, ductwork, safety platforms, and other specialty products and services to meet the needs of their customers in various industries for over 40 years.
Although our name and production facility have slightly changed, our devotion to our serving our customers through high-quality products, and timely service remains. The entire key management team from Hemco is transitioning to the new Division, and we are excited about the level of experience BGRS adds to the team in custom design and manufacturing capabilities, and the upgrade in facilities and equipment which will allow us to enhance the services and products we provide you as our customers.
Where applicable and permitted, all existing contracts and work orders are hereby assigned from Hemco Industries, Inc. to BGRS through the Hemco Division.
Hemco and BGRS are excited about how the change of ownership will, and already has, positively impacted our relationships and production, as BGRS is as- or even more-committed to Safety and Asset Protection than Hemco is.
