Williston, North Dakota

Hemco Industries welcomes the challenge of designing custom loading and unloading solutions for our clients. Our client in Williston, North Dakota, approached Hemco with some very special needs. As a chemical handling plant, Williston needed a loading system that would ensure the safety of operators - and that could withstand the various chemicals present during operations.

Hemco Industries proposed multiple single-station, painted truck loading racks accompanied by multiple XHM-24 gangways with fiberglass grating. Hemco proposed paint as a custom finish, as the chemicals handled at Williston are not compatible with our standard galvanized finish. To round out the project, our client ordered custom-designed, heavy load hose arms.

Employee safety and fuel loading efficiency were the main objectives of Wyoming Efficiency Contractors, our client in Denver, Colorado. Wyoming Efficiency Contractors is a construction and plant maintenance firm that works with some of the world's largest railroad corporations. Wyoming Efficiency Contractors ordered a custom-built, 235' railcar loading rack and 8 custom, hyrdaulic railcar loading
ramps.

Wyoming Efficiency Contractors & Hemco Industries - Ramping Up Safety

Orville, Ohio

When our customer in Ohio needed high-quality, durable railcar loading racks and adjustable gangways with a fast turnaround, they called Hemco Industries. Railcar loading operations are inherently dangerous and our client wanted to maximize operator and employee safety with new equipment.

Hemco designed a custom 232' railcar loading rack along with 12 adjustable tracking gangways. All Hemco railcar loading racks, gangways and other products are standard galvanized carbon steel and come with an unbeatable 5-year warranty.

Project Needs:

Victoria, Texas

Hemco Industries manufactures custom gangway solutions for clients with special needs. Our Victoria, Texas client needed a high strength personnel gangway to access their Marine vessel. Additionally, the client needed flexible pipe support for the liquid cargo vessel. Hemco's engineers designed 2 different units to fit the customer's needs - 2 custom manufactured, 43' marine gangways, one for personnel access and the other used for loading and unloading pipe support.

Sparta, New Jersey

Hemco Loading System, Railcar Loading Racks

Hemco Industries is capable of fulfilling orders both large and small. Our client in Sparta, New Jersey is a propane company that required a custom loading rack for optimum fall protection and employee safety. Hemco Industries manufactured and delivered a double-sided, 8-railcar loading rack complete with 8 XHM-24 (4-way adjustable) gangways and 24 OPW Loading arms.

Plano, Texas

Hemco Industries provides safety equipment and loading systems to companies in many different industries across Texas and beyond. When a plant in Plano, Texas needed a gangway and loading system to accomodate the different sized and height trucks coming into the plant, they called on Hemco Industries. The plant is a tough environment and the client required safe and durable equipment, choosing Hemco's hot dip galvanized gangway, loading arm, loading arm boom support and Hemco's tanker truck cage, all of which were built and treated to withstand corrosive materials.

Corsicana, Texas

Making the loading and unloading processes safer and easier for your employees is one of Hemco's main objectives. The client in Corsicana needed a loading system and certain custom elements to assist in their unique loading and unloading operations. The client purchased a Hemco loading ramp for the varying truck hatch designs utilized by the client. Additionally, an electric-hydraulic motor was added to the project to assist in the operation of the loading ramp.

Project Needs:

Baytown, Texas

Hemco Loading System

Employee safety is a major concern for all of Hemco's clients. A plant in Baytown, Texas needed a loading ramp that could be utilized with varying truck hatch designs. Hemco Industries provided a prefabricated loading ramp as well as an electric/hydraulic loading ramp to meet the client's loading and unloading needs. To maximize employee and operator safety, the client added Hemco's Surround-U-Rail to the loading ramp. A one valve, electric/hydraulic power unit rounded out the project needs.

Hemco can provide pre-fabricated gangway systems, loading arms, access ramps, loading racks, fall protection and more. While we are proud of our standard equipment, we recognize that there are situations that call for custom equipment - Hemco Industries is glad to receive custom orders.
